This is a 4% rise over 2019, and 71,000 tourists from the United States for August 2022. This represents an increase of 13% from the year before. Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak we had record numbers of Israel's tourism entry each month. Canada is also on track, just as the United States, to surpass the number of tourists who visit Israel.
